If you are engaging in a 1:1 financial service (bookkeeping, tax prep, advisory, or CFO work), a signed client agreement is required. That agreement outlines the scope, deliverables, pricing, and mutual obligations.
No services begin without a signed contract in place.

We work with clients based in the United States. Our systems, licenses, and expertise are aligned with U.S. tax law and regulatory standards. While it's extremely rare, any potential foreign client must contact us prior to purchase to confirm service eligibility.
